A TRUELY UNKNOWN WATER FOR THE EXPERIENCED ANGLER WHO LIKES A REAL CHALLENGE!
This 28 acre disused gravel pit is about 14 years old and was dug in two parts' there has been a water sports club on the water for many years we have been given the go ahead to start fishing this water to see what potential the water has.

About a third of the water is out of bounds because of the water sports activities' half of the water is weedy and around 6-9 feet deep while the wider east end is much deeper with depths down to 22 feet deep.
So far fish have been seen following the wind which is not a surprise' one or two better fish have been seen with two mirrors looking 35lb plus'
It will take a year or two to find out what this untapped water has to offer'
The lake is behind a locked barrier and there is a mobilo on site.
Starting April 1st 2008 the Ski Lake will be added to both the Mill, Heron and Island Lake tickets.
A maximum of 6 anglers allowed to fish this water at any one time due to boating activity restrictions.
